Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate, students must meet the 'graduation requirements' of their department. Graduation requirements are a prerequisite for graduation. There are some differences in the graduation requirements for each department, but the overall conditions are as follows.

Credit Requirement for Graduation

A. Courses you take at the university are composed of major courses, liberal arts courses, and elective courses.
⦁ Major Courses: Subjects related to majors opened in their respective departments are classified into major basic course, major requirements, and major selections. Distributions among sub-fields are set separately.
⦁ Liberal Arts Courses: Liberal Arts Courses are divided into 'Core courses', 'Distributional requirements', and 'Electives'. (Enrolled in 2019 and after)
⦁ Electives: Courses not related to the major, learning credits, and Internship may be applicable.
B. Students of the College of Humanities must complete at leat 130 credits to graduate.

Fulfilling a Major

⦁ The number of required credits in major basic courses, major requirements, and major selections is different for each department, and students must meet the credit requirements for their majors.

Acquiring a liberal arts credits

⦁ Liberal arts credits are divided into several sub groups, and students must complete a minimum number of credits from each area to graduate.

Completion of Graduation Thesis

⦁ Each department must pass the graduation thesis.

Other Requirements

⦁ Average GPA Evaluation: Students must maintain an overall average GPA of 1.7 or higher.
⦁ Completion of English Lecture Courses: Students must complete at least 3 courses in English(Full English, Partial English) from major courses in their department.
⦁ Completion of Required Courses : Students must complete required courses to graduate according to their department.
